Quilt LuLu needs some TLC

Over the weekend I made a lulu  of a nasty looking quilt top.  Although my friends are divided on it, I don't like it and they may be just being nice to me anyway.  Well, as many of you probably have discovered, just because it looks good in your head and sounds like a good idea,  it is not always wise to proceed with out more thought.  So before I take the time to take all the appliques off this quilt, I am seeking constructive suggestions -- remember the operative word is constructive.  I made half  top out of Windham Rocky And Bullwinkle Daisies.  The bottom half will be a mirror image and I am going to continue with that but need to rethink this.    Some of you will remember that daisies are a big part of the Rocky Bullwinkle show.  Then I did some fussy cutting and appliqued the fussy cuts onto the quilt.  I really am not happy with it -- but I explained all that over at my other blog This Is Me Making Quilts and Other Stuff  http://memakingquilts.blogspot.com/   So I just present the pictures for suggestions.    Also feel free to send me pictures of your quilt lulus and perhaps someone can help you with it.
